“Follow Ups” - How Important for any Business?
How Important you think the “Follow Up” process is for business? Recently, I was in discussion with one businessman and that really opened up my mind for this conversation with you. In a recent survey conducted, it shows 80% of business comes in majority of Businesses is due to rigorous ans continuous follow up with the tentative clients However on the contrary 44% do Sales persons give up after First follow up and additional 36% do give up after second follow up. Hence on and all 80% gives up in one or two rounds of follow up with clients. So where does this 80% business goes like we spoke earlier? Quite simple isn’t it - to those remaining 20% sales persons who did not gave up after one or two follow ups but they continued the process till they converted the lead to sale.
